i forgot thanksgiving

so, for thanksgiving, i got to go to the home of a former volunteer here who is working for an NGO and married a guatemalan. food was great, all the fixings. funniest/coolest/most unique part of the meal is when the guy was like "hey, the white men are eating with the Indigenous people". he had married an indigenous person from guatemala, her brother was there, and so was the mother. it was neat.
