pig ribs
one of the guys at work has some pig projects. they killed some pigs. sold the meat to include the ribs for about $1.50 a pound. got myelf a pound of that. made some barbeque sauce and cooked them in my peace corps oven after a little boiling. i can only describe them in 7 words: i should open a bbq restaurant here. the abbreviation counts as one word.
